Shipping: Rain Clothing now ships to Canada and United States. Canada Post will automatically calculate your shipping costs upon inputting a shipping address on the check-out page. Taxes and Duties for the US may not be included in shipping costs and may be required by your local postal service upon delivery. We also offer a Pick-Up in store option. Please note that not all methods, particularly international, currently offer tracking abilities on their services. Current shipping times for Canadian shipments are 3-7 business days and for shipping to the USA 7-12 business days. 

International: We currently do not offer prepaid international shipping outside of North America. For customers wanting to purchase from outside of Canada and the USA, select the pick-up in store option at check-out and call the store at +1 780-444-0185 or through the Contact Us form with the receipt number to arrange your own method of shipping.

Return Policy: Online purchases are subject to a 30 day return/exchange policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange an item, Rain Clothing will ship the new item out at no cost to you. The original receipt number must be provided and exchanges and returns must take place within 30 days from the date of receipt. In Store purchases are subject to returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns for online purchases can also be made in-store.

Secure Payment: All online purchase payments are securely processed through Clover Merchant Services and/or Paypal credit card payment services. You are not required to have a Paypal account to use this service. Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit are accepted methods of payment. Rain Clothing gift cards are available in-store and for in-store purchases only.
